Cravings & Comfort Food
So, I mentioned in an earlier post today that someone had cooked eggs and bacon this morning, but none for me and that started a hunger I had a hard time dealing with. I got a bowl full of carrots and have been munching them all day, which worked amazingly well. Then I got a hankering for an old comfort food – Tuna Noodle Casserole. My preggo tummy can’t handle the wait of cooking followed by additional baking, so plain old Tuna Noodle it was. Believe it or not, even after all these years, I still can’t boil noodles to the right point. I managed to make a wonderful pot of undercooked tuna noodle. It still hit the spot. That and Cheetos. You’d be amazed at how many cheetos and carrots I can eat in a day. I want to pick up more, but I think that’d be a poor decision. Anyone got ideas for comfort food that won’t set my stomach on spin cycle?
