Preschool Homeschool : The Letter S
We opted to homeschool instead of enrolling our son in standard Pre-K. I am sharing with you some of the activities we did to learn about the letter S. Whether you homeschool or not, these are short and sweet ways to reinforce letter learning.
Salami and Strawberries & Spinach Smoothies at lunch time and Salmon for dinner, would be a great plan!
Walphabet’s ABCs Song : We always start with an ABC song. It is something that they can get excited about, since they generally know the tune, and that everyone can enjoy.
We used Lego Duplo Alphabet Mats from 123Homeschool4Me.com. Both kids love it! My son is a VERY tactile learner, and these activities just ROCK!

Highlight-a-Letter by Babbling Abby. I use these for my oldest (4), while my youngest (2), colors on her own. She got Silvermist (Tinkerbell) today. Squirt (Mike the Knight), Sasquatch (Animal Mechanicals) & Skully (Jake & Neverland Pirates) are other options

We did the S is for Snowman craft by The Vintage Umbrella. As usual, I pre-cut the parts and let the kids put them together. The results were adorable!
Starfall’s Letter S Activity : These great, flash, interactive activities are a wonderful and FREE resource, as well! The kids really enjoy them! The whole set is available in the Google Play store for Android, Amazon App Store or iTunes!
Sesame Street Classical Alphabet Song
We hung the Letter S on the wall , to join A, B, C, D, E, F, G, H, I, J, K, L, M, N, O, P, Q, R & T.
I hope you enjoyed! I look forward to sharing more!
