Sippee Cup Leashes : Tutorial Link

Another thing I dread about travel is dropped kid stuff on the plane.  I mean, what is grosser than a sippee cup rolling around on the floor of a plane?  Okay, pleanty of things… but still.  Ewwww!!!  So… when I came across the tutorial for the Sippy Cup Leash by Make It and Love It, I HAD to give it a go!

Now, since I’m addicted to KAM Snaps, I used them instead of making a permanent loop on the end that goes onto the stroller or car seat or whatever…

The kids love them, so far.  My son is pretty excited that his sippee won’t fall on the floor on the plane.  I think the excitement is mostly about the plane, but I’ll soak it up either way.

I think I’m going to make two more for baby dolls…I got my ribbon on clearance at JoAnns and the FOE (Fold-over-elastic) isn’t super expensive when you use it for little projects like this.  Plus, I think I got mine 1/2 off on clearance.
